UPDATE:ITHC civl RICO AND SECURITIES FRAUD CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT VS. BARRY GWARTZ AND MARSHA ROSS: Joesph Pittera, Esq., informed me as of last Wednesday that he had received about 100 calls in the last few days regarding this class action civil RICO and securities fraud lawsuit VS. GWARTZ AND ROSS. Those 100 calls were in addition to the over 600 class received by AccessTrade1, per their release. Pittera said that as of Wednesday, that about 30 investors had signed up for the said class action lawsuit VS. GWARTZ AND ROSS! 30!!! In only about 4 days following the ITHC release of the announcement of this class action lawsuit vs. GWARTZ AND ROSS !!!! Folks, there are many ITHC investors out there obviously wanting and demanding financial justice! Mr. Pittera is waiting for any more calls from any of you who desire financial justice regarding your related losses, and may not yet have known about the lawsuit or were too reticient to call. Keep checking back on this site for any further updates regarding the lawsuit.
