I forgot one thing also. Do you think IDC will pay Nokia $70 million just to co-op with Nokia on its on B-CDMA efforts?

What do you think? Since Nokia has had its WCDMA efforts that many moons ago. May be Nokia just forgot to sue IDC for infringing on NOKIA's WCDMA technology.
