Minos, I agree. I wish I knew more about Ertl acquisition. All I have seen is that they had 145 million in revenue. But are they making money that is the question. Will RACN have to streamline the operation with charges, these are my concerns since Ertl is privately held. It would be nice if earnings would be accretive. RACN has been holding a nice base here but I did not like it going through 11.5 this week. Right here if investors don't like the coming news on acquisition this could fall back to 7-8 area. I hope I am wrong as have been long and would like this thing to get its true valuation, with the great earnings this company has had we should be much higher. Just look at ACTN. IMO. Jim
