Dear Bob: My problem is hardware not software. I know what it is now. Its a rubber bushing that fits over a white plastic shaft that fits into a slot itself. Bushing split and came off. Cant get to the shaft cause its BEHIND the big 3 roller guides which you can see from the top of the printer. I am told need to take the printer apart to get to it and need special tools for that. Dont think they can help me over the phone. JDN
