Hi Gary
The Fast Trades recommendation did cause the stock price to spike, but I agree with you that recent developments are positive. I understand that there is a new president. This of itself may be a positive indication. Check out the ELSI thread on Yahoo, some people that appear close to the company are very positive on ELSI's future.
