marcos, I don't have a problem with "newco" assuming that the subsequent financing is a rights offering,however, I expect that the insiders will once again do a cheap and cosy private placement which will dilute the shareholders interest in other exploration targets. Obviously, Winspear shareholders don't mind being screwed the way everyone is "in love" with the idea of spinning out the exploration properties without any reservations or caveats. Do you think Jimmy Pattison and the rabbit and Winspear insiders will take the bulk of the financing with good results from Hilltop in hand, like they did with Snap Lake? I would be surprised if they didn't.....or will the information circular on "newco" specify a rights offering to follow? If it doesn't, I'm voting against. regards, teevee
