George, ICQ is a muti-way instant conversation, all kids participate
the talk must have the software loaded, as far as I know, my daughter's instant chat circle is growing by the day, from time to time I ask her how many members she gets in her circle, the number is always growing (I think she has 30 +).

Do you think it is easy for them to change to a new instant message
system? That means all 30+ of my daughter's friend must change their software all together, do you think that an easy task? I cannot read kid's mind but I can picture my daughter's face if I ask her...

Market share is so important in this e-world, the word ICQ is so
COOL and so easy to remember, the future AOL membership growth sits
right there waiting!
