The main drive IMO is that these guys have it together. They know what they want, and how to do it. They have a track record. And it's a good one. They are after an upscale market, and have the contacts to deliver the goods to their site. This is a "ground floor" op to get in on a co. that looks like it can get the job done. $2 a share with less than 5 mill out after the 504, and cash on hand makes this work. Niche marketing will be a lock on the web. IMO Lower overhead & faster turn around for sales = a winning combo. Concept and ability are the issue at this point. They are in the office tonight, just called them. they are in a meeting and said that they would call me back as soon as they get a break. I will post all info from the call. I have my list ready, So we will get a lot cleared up...
