Any company can apply for a new cusip# at anytime. It means nothing other than the cusip# changed. Yet you all trumpet it about like it is some proof of what? That the Reverse Merger took place? It is not proof of that. That there will be no Reverse Split? It only means that they didn't with this change in number. They still can at any time. Btw, here's the on-line application form for a new CUSIP# cusiprequest.com So big whooping deal then. You guys are like primitive peoples discovering glass beads.
