Jim,

As you are aware, QCOM and BCE had won a bid to provide celluar and WLL type of license to Brazil. You bet QCOM already had WLL products available. It is just not cost effective enough to deploy in US. Well. The other project involoved QCOM and Pegaso also will introduce WLL phone in Mexico.

Those are the 2 big projects I am aware of. Clark Hare is an expert on this WLL stuff. WLL is only cost effective for the developing country.
