Hi Jane:
For the past 2 hours I did a complete analysis of this stock with a totally fresh look and critically asked myself whether I am very pessimistic. At the end my valuation proved to be correct and I realized that the Market is reacting very rationally.

All you 're observing is an organizational change every second month and that too at a very high level. See the Feb 14th announcements and earlier announcements. This is a religious ceremony every 2 months. As an investor I will have a serious problem with that. One of earlier posting said that company made 60 announcements etc., If you have time look at all of them at least 20% of them will be organizational change.

Secondly an announcements like a deal with an indian companies are purely noises and no meat attached to it. Hey guys you know how Indian government is strict about copyright laws and how much of one million Indian rupee translated to US $ ( $= 35INR roughly). These news are peanuts. This is what I call as news without meat.

1998 Expected revenue is $0.35 cents. From negative .03 to .10 to a positive $.35 is a big jump and that too with constant org change. Assuming the PE is 20, VRTY is worth $7.00 which is my number.

Please, please let me know whether I am unreasonable. Give me one good reason why this companies PE should be more than 20. Dont quote me Remedy, NSCP, Yahoo etc., etc.,. Let us be realistic. After all we are (me not yet) investing our hard earned money and biting our nails.

Regards

Kumar.
