hrp, you are correct. The main reason is more and more OEM inclusion. I think it was 58% of their zip drives last Qtr. But if you believe in the following

then it should not be an issue from fall since the cost of zip drive will come closer to floppy drive. They reached their target of $99 for external few months late and so even if they bring that 2 chip version by year end, it should be OK. But when it comes to IOM, i can't be too optimistic anyways :-<
