You might be right, take nothing for granted with their PR:

"HISTORYBANK.COM Financial Database is expected to begin shipping this week. HISTORYBANK.COM Daily Update Service is expected to be available no later than the second quarter of 1999, at which time it is expected to be offered solely to Omega Research 2000i software users for a promotional period free of charge.
