Antilla is once again shown to be untruthful... Saratoga Brands Chairman Responds to Bloomberg Article LAKEWOOD, NJ--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 1999--Saratoga Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: STGA - news) Saratoga's Chairman and CEO Scott Halperin today announced that a recent Bloomberg article authored by Susan Antilla was incorrect in stating that Mr. Halperin sold 10,000 shares of The Company's common stock on March 9, 1999. ''The Bloomberg article is absolutely false, I did not sell any shares of Saratoga at any time this year, '' stated Halperin. ''I resent being misquoted in the Bloomberg article'', he added.
