Company is currently starved for cash and looking to IPO for influx. Company has also petitioned NASDAQ for reinstatement, they are current, but do not expect word from NASDAQ until sometime in October. Does anyone think this is a good time to $ cost down? Any info on what 3.6mil from IPO would look like on the company's bottom line? Any more info would be appreciated. Think Jeff has any comments on this?? Regards, Ron
