I don't think AG will raise the rate. He doesn't want to hurt the country just let the air out of the market. OIl prices may do that for us. OPEC agreed to cut production 1 million barrels a day Saturday. This raises the costs of production, people driving all those preppy 4WDs and will raise the CPI numbers in the coming months. I read they are trying to get the price of oil back to the 18-20 a barrel area. The market ran on the cinderella everything is perfect, then they took away earnings growth and they said at least we don't have inflation and have low oil costs, so they ignored the decreasing earnings and rallyed more. Guess what, there goes the cheap oil and here comes some inflation pressure. It may not BK the market but it may let some air out by the end of the year. I doubt AOL at 60 but 92 isn't out of the question.
