good questions...

all I can tell you is this stock was rated a buy at around 11 cents in my newsletter last yr...and then I made it clear that I was out of the stock at .25 after the runnup to .28 and watched it sink to about 2 cents. Then ahwile back in my newsletter I rated it a buy....only a short time ago at .025.

I can only say that I had confidence that the stock price would likely rise. I am not familiar with the company -- personally -- but my observation has been that they have done very poorly in management and have done very little in the way of making anything really come together.

It is no secret to anyone that has followed this thread that I despise Matthew Landi....good luck if you think he can illumine you.

Having said this...I still believe the price of the stock may likely continue up .... but making $$ in penny stocks often has nothing to do with the performance of the company.

This is probably going to be a good stock to trade. Personally I wont waste my time trying to figure out "what is what" -- I will just concentrate on trying to make a few bucks here. It is not a stock I want to own...just one I want to make $$ on....and I sure as hell dont want to own it if/when it goes to the pinks.

I want to own: LMKI -- ELXC -- CTKT and some others like NUZA that has 34 stores in southern CA and plans to open 10 more this year and is fully reporting and has even shown a small profit.

For somebody that is holding the stock - those are not postive words but I have made my $$ here and dont give a rats ass about where it goes from here...actually I hope it goes back down to .013

You might try to get the current numbers on shares OS -- it was around 17 million I think. At .02 cents per share the market cap would be 340k. I have no idea what the company is worth.

If you are REALLY serious about this...contact the company and ask them what the gross sales are. Ask them what they assets and liabilities are...and then come back and tell us if the stock is worth 2 cents.

AS far as the winery goes...sh*t ... some of us thought they alreay owned the winery. Like I said ... dont have a clue myself...maybe William can help us out [i think that is his name]. OH...and BTW...if they say something like...we have 10 million dollars in prepaid advertising...be sure to call the advertiser and verify what they are saying.

I understand they sell wine that is low priced and decent .. but what the hell..I can buy that kind of wine all day long at Trader Joes. And if it comes from Italy -- SO WHAT -- we make much better wine in California's Napa Valley. And if they boast that they cater to Italians ... so what -- Italians aren't dumb ....they know that most Californian wines are better than those from the home country.

In conclusion I would say ... just try to make some $$ here....and dont get your hopes up too high on anything the company says. Have as much loyalty to this stock as Matthew demonstrated in some of his posts and you'll be on the right track.
