A few words about Watley. I've been using them for about a year - no level 2, not a real heavy trader, probably a few trades a week avg. They are really great on the phone and always right there (no phonetree *ever*) which is a gargantuan plus in my book.

RT3 has been somewhat erratic with them - not sure if it's the program, the servers, or the feeds, but have had occasional (1/75) execution probs. and for a few weeks have not been getting the Nasdaq index quote. They have attibuted the quote problem to a geographic move they're making, but we'll see. No one's perfect, but generally I've been happy with their service & responsiveness.
