Gord - Check out Lorne Larson's posting (#1115). He's hit the nail on the head. Just to clarify the point that I've been trying to make. I'm not saying I know the answers I'm just saying that to portray this as an open and shut case is ludicrous, especially when you don't appear to have any real information. The law in extremely simple and naive terms is designed to try to ensure that people don't get screwed. You could sign a contract that gave away some of your basic rights as a citizen and no court would uphold it even if you desired because you would be screwing yourself by trying to give away your rights. Translation... 3 different people can see the same clause (or heavyweight fight) in 3 different ways.
