Thanks again, but I guess I'm just too dense to get it. I was puzzled because the article about VARs was in the Computer Resellers News and I couldn't figure out how the VARs would know how Dell was doing since they don't sell any Dell PCs. Don't get me wrong, I was very pleased by the article, I've been looooong Dell for some time and intend to remain long for some time to come, just couldn't figure out how the resellers would know how any machines other than what they're selling are doing. Am I just too naive to think that they don't keep tabs on the direct sellers? I also agree that "Value added" is much less apt a description than "price added". I'm not worried about the recent pull back, been through this a number of times and have always been glad I held on, even when my knees were shakin' and my heart a poundin'. Dell will emerge into the next century as the PC/internet company to chase. Good luck.
