Kevin, <<weren't warrants issued>> No they never were. The warrants were for $1 and clearly out of the money in the expected time frame. It would have just been a waste of money for the company to issue the warrants. That would have also started the clock on requirements for Maxam to become fully reporting. At that time they were working to make a mine, not push paper. Shareholders of record 10/01/98 will be issued dividends in preferred shares and some other perks, see maxamgold.com . <<phrase "desert dirts" used>> All the time for lots of reasons. <VBG>
