Les, Your questions are why I love the market. People have different reasons for why they make investment (and/or trading) decisions. Some use TA, FA, hunches, belief in mgt., etc. These methods end up with people sometimes making completely different decisions about the same co. I love that. For me, I've placed a bet that there is a very good chance that mgt. is going to grow this co. into something much larger. You may see it differently. Regardless, best wishes. Wesley
