"I would then try to slip by a huge consolidation of the number of shares in the new company and call it a split. As long as I would be at it, I would divide them by the biggest number possible. That would ensure that quite a number of shares would be taken out of the market and would remain in the portfolios of unprepared small investors as a perpetual reminder of my friendly smile and my firm handshake."

Lilian, yesterday you could not seem to grasp the mechanics of the split of Winspear and today you want to convince us that you have analyzed the whole deal and concluded that it is a scam on the shareholders.
I will not even debate the merits of you post as there are none. I would make the observation that you may have been hanging around the KRT thread too long.
While there is evidence that KRT has been involved in scamming shareholders you cannot ipso facto conclude that if some other company is doing something, it must be a scam on there shareholders. Believe it or not some companies actually mine the deposit as opposed to he shareholders.
Your job as an investor is to figure out which company is interested in which.
