He does seem to put together a reasonable market comment. Still, I would not place the normal emphasis into this reversal day. I would wait for a validation. DJIA traded in a trading range off from its high that it made earlier in the day. Once the market took direction, many shares were sold. Considering what we saw earlier in this run to 10,000 which turned out to be a false start by the shorters in the market expecting the market to dump when 10,000 is reached, I think we are seeing these people now back in action. This time their timing may prove to be more accurate instead of being faked out by a timely program sell. So I think the early shorters are skewing what we are seeing along with the volume related to triple witching.

Like a good trader reminded me, what matters is what the stock you have money in or that you follow do in the market. We will see if Friday's action will lead to additional selling. So I think we need to wait for validation on this one before it can be called the genuine thing.

Comments welcome!
