Basher options:
1. completely ignore them
2. yell at them and call them names
3. respond with concrete facts and events to support company

Outcomes:
1. They will respond by pointing out the lack of response is that you have no defense and they must be right.

2. You have now sunk to their level and appear to have no defense.

3. Their criticisms are blunted or negated with evidence they cannot deny, done properly, they are largely neutralized.

Although there is no perfect strategy,I think it is obvious which of the three approaches will be the most beneficial. It would be good for everyone to brush up on THE FACTS regarding the company,and not just hearsay. There is no denying the facts which for us are mostly the press releases and official company statements.
