So what's the best move up for a trader like myself? Currently using E*Trade Platinum but very unhappy with outages (2 this past week), and their IPO lottery system that gives no preference to Platinum traders. And obviously they must be slower than I realize. Also using MyTrack for Level II, and NewsWatch for all the news (very happy with these).
