thanks for information on general electric's internet investment. regarding effect on splits, we can't undo a split to see what happens. in any event, it is my guess that investors are saying that ge will beat earnings expectations this quarter so as to justify its price earnings ratio of more than 30 times the current estimated 2000 earnings of 3.63. regards
