David, We will get one share of IHSI for each share of HITS. The questions is how much will IHSI be worth. I just listed my business with HITSGALORE. I own a rubber stamp company. I filled out the form and my web page & email is now listed. The whole procedure went fast and smooth. I was impressed by their service. Thousands of businesses are listed on their site. I then received a long e-mail from HITS. This is only one paragraph of the e-mail of interest: * Hits Galore.Com Currently receives 1000's of URL submissions request per day and offers visitors access to a broad spectrum of sites and services. Our goal is to help you build Mega Traffic to your web pages, while providing excellent searching services to visitors. * They want me to submit a free banner ad which I'll look into this week. So far it seems we have a good investment which is certainly worth more than $2.00. One more note: E-Trade on Friday did not convert to the the new symbol of SCMID. Therefore the stock could not be traded. This may be the reason for the low volume. Did anyone else experience this problem? Regards Robert A
