Jean Pierre Collardeau, is the Founder and President of Pro Net Link, Corp. and the author of the , soon to be launched, webtool concept. He has been involved in international trade and finance for the last 30 years, with particular expertise in matters relating to international banking, rules and regulations.

- In 1968, Mr. Collardeau made his 1st import-export deal between Asia and Africa. As director of Ascom S.A. in Kinshasa, he was importing from Japan to Zaire the 1st dry-batteries ever sold on this market.

- 10 years later, in Lagos, Nigeria, as President of R.B.A.C Ltd., Mr. Collardeau became the No.1 importer & distributor of Peugeot automotive spare-parts in this country of more than 120 million people. Import barriers and custom regulations were at their highest level, while transfer for payment of goods were under day-to-day new foreign exchange rules issued by the Central Bank.

- In 1988, Mr. Collardeau became the representative and negotiator of Fiat-Impresit and Fiat-Impregilio, the road and port construction division of Fiat Italia. He worked directly with the Ministry of Works of various Governments of West African countries.

- For the last 10 years, from Paris, Geneva, and London, he has supervised commercial operations and foreign investments from the European Community to African developing countries. He has advised on government tenders and bids to major infrastructure projects funded by the World Bank in Washington and the African Development Bank in Abidjan.

- A member of many world trade associations, Mr. Collardeau has been called on to give frequent informative speeches and seminars aimed at educating members of import-export associations such as the Florida Trade Data Center (FTDC), the World Trade Center (WTC), the U.S. Export Association Center (U.S.E.A.C), a division of the U.S Department of Commerce.
