Pizza, Yes, I have also been informed that Vivus is buying the rights to a drug (?) that can be used transurethrally. I don't know what the drug is but I can only assume it is a non-generic drug that Vivus is buying the rights to deliver via the tranurethral patent. Looks to me like all the shorts lies are slowly falling apart: 1)Vivus going under--NOT! 2)MUSE doesn't work--NOT! 3)Vivus is a one trick pony--NOT! Truth always prevails in the end.
