I can't agree with your assessment. I've had some experience with IT services companies and Perot Systems seems to have some interesting research in the pipeline. EDS was very successful until they were sold to GM and dumped Perot. IT companies are going to have to do something other than "throw bodies" at jobs, like those you mentioned. This area is ripe for some hot innovation and I think Perot is open minded to change. (I bought some of the stock).
