Bill, I hope that a CEO will come soon for the sake of the company and shareholders. A new CEO should not have to deal with Doyle. I have concern that the agreement to allow Heartland to take a large position in IDC may prevent them from interference with management of the company and could muddy the waters as to a board seat. Harry's future may hinge on what happens as to Doyle, CEO, and new Board members. I hope Doyle and Harry do not select either. I have waited since 1987 and can wait until stockholders meeting. Management will not have any proxy from me or any I control or can find unless major events occur prior to June. I sense many others feel the same. JimIA
