Dear Jim,

Yes, you are right. Several ex-operating employees & I made an offer for the Vista plant/equipment at the bankruptcy auction that was accepted. The name of our new company is Phoenixx TPC.

The shafts are currently available through clubmaker-online and direct from the plant. Golfsmith will also be carrying the shafts shortly. The shafts will be produced under the Quadrax brand name, initially, but the name will be phased out over time.
