Back in early '97 some of the stock threads got pretty rowdy. Terms of use got put in. This was when there was one coffee shop thread and not a coffee shop full of threads. Back on the Boink thread people got suspended left and right, some on the feelings and minute subjects also. A few early casualities on this thread. Then they started looking at those who complained and usually both parties got the ax. That slowed the complaints a bunch.

I think the coffee shop is pretty open territory unless something like Les X's call for shooting of Hyde shows up. SI could be held liable if they left that in and he was shot. I think they are pretty strict on the hype and dumpers on the stock threads also.
