Hi Retired41,

I think I've stated my criteria for easing up on Daniel.

When I was 15, whenever I had a lapse of good judgement and it was pointed out to me, I usually did 2 things. First, I said I was sorry, second, I stopped doing whatever got me into trouble.

I have not seen anything from Daniel which indicates he admits he had a lapse of judgement or is sorry for what he did. I get the feeling that he still thinks he can put his "spin" on the situation to get out of trouble. Of course, coming clean about what he knew, when he knew it and who told him (so they can go to jail) would be ok too.

Regards,
Chris
