Roger,

I am trying to start a list of value indicators. I don't believe we should limit discussion to value investing only.

The following would be considered traditional ratios of value...

PE less than 12
Price to Sales Ratio less than 1.0
Price to Book Value less than 1.0
Current Ratio greater than 3.0

Consider also...

Price to Free Cash Flow less than 10
Price 50% less than 52 week high

I would also like to consider smaller companies which have both value and growth, that is "growth at a reasonable price".

My criteria would be in addition...

Market Cap under 500 million
PEG 0.5 or less
Profit Margin (net) over 10%

and

other qualities outlined in my Motley Fool criteria outlined before.
