Please explain the problematic relationship between DGV and the company you may have an issue with (Security Capital Trading).

Please also factor in whether AMEX would list or Business Week, whose Heard on the Street column is under great scrutiny, would profile DVG.

I would like to understand the basis of your "proceed with caution" warning but can't follow your investment history as you are fairly new to SI.

Thanks for any light you can shed on potential issues you have with DGV. For the record, I have a long position.
