Thanks, Duke, for the followup on the 13G. I didn't bother to comment but was thinking that it might not even be a sale, just a mandatory annual filing to reflect the filer's ownership percentage change due to the change in total shares outstanding at the end of the year even if the number of shares held by the filer remain constant. I didn't check to see if that was the case or if the company's outstanding shares remained constant while the filer was actually selling. Either way, I'd be more concerned if I saw a bunch of insider filings indicating large sales (Form 8s? 13Ds? I know 'em when I see 'em and read 'em) or a bunch of institutional investors filing sale plans rather than one large holder filing a 13G.
