Here's a good article for those curious about male incontinence: duj.com No mention of transurethral delivery of drugs to treat this important and common problem. With more R&D dollars spent on the tranurethral delivery systems Vivus IMO has potential to develop a product that can perhaps be delivered further down the urethra in closer proximity to the urethral sphincter. Incontinence and impotence are the two most common problems relating to surgical prostatectomy.
