Chimichanga,
- You've got to understand that Pete and Craig think they 'own this thread'
and get quite upset at any of us that attempt to bring in factual information
that casts any doubt about this stock that might scare away novices. You will be
labeled a shorter even though it doesn't seem HCCA can be shorted.

- I was going to move to the sidelines but on returning from my recent trip,
I discovered e-mail from Pete, threatening to visit me and

- "EXPLAIN a few things in person to you ABOUT the stock market!"

so I thought I should warn people like you about these threats even
though it is clear you are well intentioned, like many of the bears
(and bulls) on this thread. Penny stocks have a much higher proportion
of both scams and bargains, and those that are inexperienced should
always be warned of the potential dangers here.

It does look like there are some efforts to find out what the company
is actually doing and what it owns. It will be interesting if this 'fact'
about the gold turns out to any better than the 'fact' that they've applied
to the Nasdaq for listing.

I still see no reason to issue 900,000,000 shares unless you want to fool
people into thinking 20 cents/share is a value. The talk of a reverse split is
interesting because people seem to be suggesting that the stock would not
look as attractive selling at $2.50 a share with 90,000,0000 shares issued and
56,000,000 outstanding, even though the 'value' of your shares would be unchanged.
That is very curious and seems to suggest that the market cap is not being
used by investors to determine the value of the shares.
