>>>When does it manifest?<<<
When it is ready.
The ZULU/ESVS combination, soon to be known as ZuluGroup.com, has been functioning primarily under executives Robert Chmiel as COO and Robert Smith as CFO, with Pat Hayton's involvement based on his representation of the venture capital group, NetVest. The ZuluGroup.com chair of the board and CEO are yet to be announced.
Re: Internet Advertising: Group Omni-net.com
From what we've discovered from both press releases and the recent glimpse into the omni-net website, online advertising industry bigwig Richy Glassberg is onboard as CEO to head what will become ZuluGroup.com's online advertising component, Omni-net.com. Sales VP's Thomas Mannion and R. Scott Ford are also onboard.
Significantly, the present Internet Advertising Board (IAB) chairman and present Forward Steering Committee (FAST) chairman, Richard Lefurgy, has agreed to serve Group Omni in an advisory capacity. Glassberg and Lefurgy are about as heavy as you can get in this industry. This gang impresses me more as steak and potatoes rather than a mere pork and beans meal.

Besides what remains from the echoMEDIA, Softbank Interactive Marketing, Wide Web Media and Mediabank, companies you mentioned as once market leaders, we also see an an alliance between Omni-net and NetGravity. You do like NetGravity, don't you Jon? I doubt they're gearing up for a game of Teletubby Tiddlywinks.
I suspect something very significant will result from what's described above. Is everything ready today? Doesn't seem so. Will it be ready soon? I surely hope so.
Re: Ecommerce:
Aside from Zulu's ownership stake in BrandForLess.com, (BFL) the company has stated it has ecommerce deals with TopRank, CountySeat and PowerX. It's also been noted that a significant acquisition is in the mill for the ecommerce arena. Some of us thought BFL was it. But it's not. Apparently BFL only a small piece of the action to be. I think I know what's going to happen here in America. My question is: Once up and running, how and where will Zulugroup expand internationally? And it's precisely for this reason that I'm not concerned about the SEC consultant filings we've seen.
>>>Other than buying companies and occasionally flapping jaws, what are they DOING?
Do they have ANY clients? If so, who are they? Are they serving ANY ads? If so, for who? Are they doing ANY E-commerce? If so, for who?
You see, they USED to do these things, though it diminished over time.<<<
Many times in the business world a company will take a step or two backwards in order to make greater strides forward. It's not surprising that a young company, both expanding and realigning its business components and strategies, would do what Zulu is doing. Jon, you don't really wanna move forward like gangbusters with a half-assed organization, do you? Sure there have been setbacks, but the original goal continues.
>>>Remember when we had "Easter Egg Hunts"? Will there be any eggs at all THIS Easter?<<<
It's simple. The "energizer" bunny is still being wound up. Soon enough, we'll see how it travels and what it can do. In the meanwhile, why don't you sit back and paint some eggs with a variety of different Easter colors and lay 'em on your friends.
>>>I await your answers.<<<
I'm waiting for answers also, but from someone who can answer these concerns better than what I've presented above. So, for now, I'm patient and reserving judgment until more is known. I believe the company's on the right track but that's it's just a difficult mission to accomplish all at once. It takes time.
So let me leave you with a couple of questions, Jon: What will is the signficance and what will be the impact of Zulu being on the Berlin Stock Exchange? Could this become profitable for the company and how will it affect we, the smallscale American investor?
