Lowestfare.com to float IPO. Like Cheaptickets.com, they have call centers. As near as I can tell, the only company with interactive call centers is IFLY. The difference between IFLY and the other companies is IFLY receives 3 times the commission from their call centers. Here is the article on Lowestfare.com: gomez.com
