Advisory Corporation (OTC:PUNK - news) announced that it has entered
into an agreement with Universal Express, Inc. (OTC:USXP - news), to
provide an all inclusive Internet service program for Universal's 7000+
member APAC network, theinternetcorporation.com.

opportunity to offer a wide range of state-of-the-art services to APAC's
