I Would find it hard to believe that this company would go out of business. I believe there would be some sort of partnership before that happens. As for the stock price there isnt much room to fall so the risk may just pay off. Have to take a risk sometime and buying at .50 to .60 cents is more fun than buying a risky stock in the 10 to 20 dollar range.
