Here is an interesting Dr. Nehra article regarding one facet of ED:

duj.com

As you may recall, Dr. Nehra published an independent article(no Vivus funding/influence) that was very proMUSE for the prostatectomy induced ED patient:

vivus.com

The lying SOB shorts who have been misinforming the masses regarding the potential of MUSE have no credibility but an uncanny ability to have an astute ability to get as much negative press out on MUSE.

I think the point that Nehra makes is that MUSE is a technique oriented product. This being the fact, we need the PCPs to be well educated to be able to educate the potential MUSE patient how to properly administer MUSE. Poor technique can result in poor efficacy and urethral bleeding. The use of the Actis band significantly improves MUSE efficacy and decreases the incidence of alprostidal induced pain in the etrapenile groin regions(testicles, perinium, etc..).

The main question is how many men out there who either failed on Viagra or couldn't tolerate the side effects or do not wish to risk the potential adverse effects are willing to take a little time to learn how to properly administer a safe non-needle local therapy for ED?
