While I agree with you that MINE is probably going to be a hot IPO, it is not going to have much effect on the intrinsic value of BGF. BGF has 19.7 MM shares outstanding and it has a market cap of approximately $532.0 MM. Even if MINE trades at $50 per share, the value of BGF's 737,864 MINE shares will be worth only $36.9 MM, or $1.87 per share. The TFSM shares add another $71.8 MM, or $3.65 per share. Both the MINE and TFSM shares are restricted and subject to taxes. While BGF appears to be doing a good job with their core business, their Internet holdings are probably not going to be driving the stock price on a short term basis. Good luck.

P.S. Take Kirk's advice and take a look at Suite101.com (BOWG) as a sympathy play with MINE.
