Yes, hot water... I have been there more times than what I really should had been... not that I will ever admit it. My subconscious thinks it would be too much for my conscious...

But it is true, it tends to keep you clean... Once I really went over the edge... until I realized what I was doing... wheeeuuuu it was close, like scraping a wall at well over 200 mph, when you know you should be doing much less than that... Luckily for me I did not hit the wall, just scraped it, a mere bruise, but one that taught me an important lesson. That was in another time and galaxy.
