Thanks. I'm going to take a pass on BGF. Gotta love those SEC filings. There may be some long term value here but my money is probably best deployed elsewhere at this point. It would be nice, however, to be able to pin down the ownership on XL Capital.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, you may want to take a look at BOWG as a sympathy play on MINE. Their web site is very similar to the MINE. They went public via a reverse merger last fall and they are fully reporting. According to their 8-K, they are looking to raise $3.0 MM during the first quarter of 1999. The stock is at 3 1/4. I own some and I am under water by about 1 1/4. Good luck.
