Fair enough. Just find out how much those shares were issued at. RE" if they raise 3 million that would mean they were issued at 65 cents

3,000,000 divided by 4,596,028 equals 65.27 cents, although I would think they were issued at a lower price. If he cant or will not tell you what they were issued at maybe he can tell you how much the company raise since 11/28/98 and we can do the math. Most companies issue a press release whan they announce a private placement. The reason I think SFLK did not is they don't want anyone to know about it. Since DiAmaro has told you that there are 10,000,000 shares outstanding the company should be giving stockholders some answers. That is a lot of dilution.
