Any time a small company with a great new product starts to move up and get some good publicity there will always be people screaming that it is a pump and dump scam. Probably because they are short and are trying to scare people into selling early.
Not many times are pump and dumpers in a psotive article in Business week. The mag would lose credibility very fast if all of the stocks they mention were pump and dump scams.
ALso howmany pump and dump stocks have deals signed with companies like MSFT, RNWK, SGI etc etc etc. DGV is for real and their revs and earnings wikll be going up up up, just like their stock price. By the time people realize this is not a pump and dump scam the stock will be trading near 20.
